Can I change plans later?
Credits are one-off purchases and never expire. The Unlimited Pass covers 1 year of events and show days for the selected band.
What happens when my band runs out of credits?
Existing events and show days stay unlocked. Any band member can buy more credits or an Unlimited Pass before creating more events or show days.
Can we earn credits by referring another band?
Yes. Share your referral link from Credits & Passes, and your band earns 5 credits after the new band creates its first event or show day.
Can I cancel anytime?
The Unlimited Pass covers 1 year. If it expires, existing content stays unlocked and only future events and show days need credits or a new pass.
Do you offer refunds?
If a credit purchase is refunded, any unspent credits from that purchase are removed. Dates already unlocked stay unlocked.
Can I give crew read-only access?
Yes. Generate a join link for musicians or managers as Band members, or choose Crew for a focused, read-only Home, Events, and Account experience. The band owner can change an existing person's access later from Settings > Members & Access. Crew can see operational show details without access to guarantees, finances, to-dos, Advancing, or private band resources.
