Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade from Free to Plus, you'll be charged immediately. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed the Free limits?
Bands and band members are unlimited on all plans. If you reach the Free limits on tours, tour dates, events, income/expense entries, to-dos, or band file storage, you'll need to upgrade to Plus to add more. Free creation limits count items created, so deleting items does not reset those limits. Plus also increases band file storage to 1 GB. Your existing data is safe and will remain accessible.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Plus subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
How does band member access work?
Both Free and Plus include unlimited band members at no extra cost. You can invite as many people as you need.
