Tour advance sheet template
A good advance sheet asks for the information your band will actually use on show day. Keep it clear, specific, and easy for the promoter to complete.

Core show information
Start with the basic facts so the band knows where to go and who owns the day locally.
- Show date
- Venue name and address
- Promoter contact
- Emergency contact
- Age restriction and curfew
Schedule
Ask for times in the order the day will happen. If doors, support, changeover, or curfew are still provisional, mark them clearly.
- Load-in
- Soundcheck
- Doors
- Support stage time
- Headline stage time
- Curfew
Production and hospitality
This is where you reduce awkward day-of-show conversations. Attach your own files and ask the promoter to confirm what the venue can provide.
- PA and engineer details
- Backline
- Stage dimensions
- Guest list process
- Meals, drinks, green room, and towels
Settlement and travel
Money and logistics should be clear before the band arrives, especially on small tours where every cost matters.
- Guarantee or door split
- Payment method
- Merch percentage
- Parking or loading access
- Hotel or accommodation details
