FAQs

Common questions

What is a show advance sheet?
It is the practical show information a band and promoter confirm before the date, such as schedule, venue details, contacts, hospitality, production, and settlement notes.
Does TourNote send a public form?
No. TourNote sends the complete advance as an email body, with selected files attached or individually linked.
Where do promoter replies go?
Add the band's contact email in Settings > Band Profile. TourNote uses it as the Reply-To address, so promoter replies go directly there.
What happens when details change?
TourNote marks the show Changes not sent when the current recipient, Band Profile Reply-To address, message, requirements, or selected files differ from the latest accepted email.
