Band Files & Quick Links
Store important band documents and keep shared web links close at hand.
What are Band Files?
- Shared storage for your band to keep key documents together
- Great for stage plots, tech info, show riders, contracts, and photos
- The owner and Band members can access the same files; Crew cannot open the Band Files library
Where to Find Band Files
- Open Settings > Band Files to upload, rename, download, or delete files
- Use the upload section to add new files
- Your file list is shown below the upload area
- Select uploaded Band Files from a show's advancing page when you send an advance form
- Band Files are not shown on Home
Uploading Files
- Add an optional title to make files easier to find
- Upload a file from your device
- Files are immediately available to the owner and Band members
Managing Files
- Rename files to keep things organised
- Delete old files to free storage
- Deleting a file is permanent: it removes the file from advance forms where it was shared, and links in previously sent emails will stop working
- Download files anytime
Keeping Files Organised
- Use clear titles so documents are easy to scan
- Keep current riders, stage plots, and contracts in one place
- Delete outdated versions to keep storage tidy
Band Quick Links
- Open Settings > Band Quick Links to add links your band uses often
- Add a Name and URL; TourNote adds https:// when the URL needs it
- Saved quick links appear on Home for fast access when at least one link is configured
- Crew can open links shown on Home but cannot open or manage the full Band Quick Links library
- When there are no saved quick links, the Quick Links section is hidden on Home
- Each band can save up to 8 quick links
- Edit a link and use Position on Home to change its order
- Add, edit, or delete quick links only from Settings > Band Quick Links; Home only opens saved links
- Use quick links for shared tools like OneDrive, Gmail, merch stores, booking sheets, or any band workspace
- Delete old links when your band no longer needs them
Storage Limits
- Each band includes 500 MB of band file storage
- Files attached to unlocked events and show days do not spend extra credits
- Delete files to free space if you reach the storage limit
