Upgrading to Plus
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade to Plus
- Choose Plus (£11.99/month)

📱 Where you can manage billing
Web/desktop subscriptions are managed in TourNote (Settings → Subscription). App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in those stores.
Billing Frequency
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Annual billing is not available at this time
Managing Payment Methods
- Open Settings → Subscription and use Manage subscription
- On web/desktop this opens the billing portal where you can update cards and billing details
- If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, manage payment methods there
- All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (web/desktop) or Apple/Google (native apps)
Updating Billing Information
- Use Manage subscription from the Subscription page to update billing details
- In the billing portal you can update items like billing email, address, and tax details
- If you subscribed via Apple or Google, update billing details in that store
- Changes are reflected on future invoices
Viewing Billing History
- Open Settings → Subscription and choose Manage subscription
- In the billing portal you can view invoice history and download receipts
- If you subscribed via Apple or Google, view history in that store account
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Use Manage subscription, then cancel in the billing portal (or in Apple/Google for native-store subscriptions)
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- After expiration, your account reverts to Free
- If your content exceeds Free limits (1 tour, 30 tour dates, 7 events, 10 income/expense entries, 10 to-dos, 100 MB band file storage) you will retain everything but cannot create new items or upload more files beyond those limits. Deleted items do not reset Free creation limits.
- You can reactivate anytime to regain full access
Reactivating a Subscription
- If you cancelled but want to return, click Reactivate
- You'll be charged for the current billing period
- Full access is restored immediately
- Any creation limits imposed by the Free are lifted again
- Your billing date continues from where it left off
Changing Plans
- Upgrade from Free to Plus at any time; access unlocks immediately after checkout
- Cancelling Plus schedules a downgrade to Free at the end of your current period
- Bands and band members remain unlimited on Free
- No data is lost when moving between Free and Plus
- Price changes and prorations are handled automatically
What Happens at Free Limits
- Hit 1 tours? Deleted tours still count, so you'll need to upgrade to create more
- Hit 30 tour dates? Deleted tour dates still count, so you'll need to upgrade to create more
- Hit 7 events? Deleted events still count, so you'll need to upgrade to add more standalone events (show days in tours do not count)
- Hit 10 income/expense entries? Deleted entries still count, so you'll need to upgrade to add more
- Hit 10 to-dos? Completed, archived, and deleted items still count, so you'll need to upgrade to add more
- Hit 100 MB band file storage? Upgrade or delete files to free space
- Need more band file storage? Upgrade to Plus.
- Existing data remains fully accessible
- You can view and edit existing items
- Just can't create new ones until you upgrade

Who Manages the Subscription
- Only the band owner can manage subscriptions
- Owner handles all billing, payment methods, and cancellations
- Regular members cannot access billing information
- If you need to change who manages billing, transfer ownership
- One subscription covers the entire band

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy on web/desktop and through Apple/Google in native apps. TourNote never stores your full credit card details.
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll revert to the Free. Your existing tours and events remain editable, but you cannot create new ones beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.
