Income & Expenses

Track money in and out for your band, tours, tour dates, and events.

Overview

  • Record income and expenses for any show or tour
  • Entries roll up into the main Finances tab with income, expense, and net summaries
  • Use filters to review All, Year, Tour, or Event totals

Where to Add Entries

  • Open the Finances tab to add entries across the whole band
  • Open an event or tour date and tap Finances in the tabs
  • Open a tour and switch to its Finances tab to review combined totals and add tour-level entries
  • Use the + button to choose Income or Expense

Creating an Entry

  • Enter the amount and currency
  • Add a clear description (e.g., Merch sales, Guarantee, Fuel)
  • Choose a date (auto-filled for event or tour date entries)
  • Attach to the current tour, tour date, or event automatically when adding from one of those Finances tabs
  • Totals report in your band currency (set in Settings > Band Currency) and other currencies are converted for summaries

Reviewing Totals

  • Finances shows summary cards for income, expenses, and net totals
  • Use tabs to switch between All, Year, Tour, and Event summaries
  • Tours have a dedicated Finances tab with combined tour and tour-date totals
  • Entries are sorted by date with the newest first

Editing & Deleting

  • Use the actions menu (ellipsis) to edit or delete an entry
  • Swipe on mobile to delete quickly
  • Updates are reflected instantly in totals

Free Limits

  • Free includes 10 income/expense entries
  • Deleted entries still count toward the Free limit
  • Upgrade to Plus for unlimited entries and more storage
