To-dos

Track band-wide work and show-linked tasks, keep open items organised, and see who completed each one.

What are To-dos?

  • To-dos are lightweight tasks for your band that can stay band-wide or be linked to an event or tour date
  • Use them for guest lists, merch runs, travel prep, settlement reminders, and other shared work
  • Leave Linked Event blank for a band-wide task, or choose a show to keep it grouped with that event
  • Assign tasks to bandmates and add due dates so urgent work stays near the top
  • Root open lists group items under General or their linked show so related work stays together

Where to Find To-dos

  • Open the To-dos tab from the main navigation
  • The root page has All, Mine, and Completed segments
  • Use All for the full band list and Mine for your assigned tasks
  • Open an event or tour date and use its To-dos page to see only that show's tasks

Creating To-dos

  • Use the + button from the root To-dos view or from an event or tour-date To-dos page
  • On the root form, Linked Event is optional so you can create either a band-wide task or a show-linked task
  • When you are in Mine, new to-dos default to you as the assignee
  • Assign tasks to bandmates and set due dates to keep everyone aligned
  • Add a clear title and optional notes so the task is easy to complete

Due Dates & Sorting

  • To-dos are sorted by due date so the most urgent items appear first
  • Tasks due this week or overdue show in red
  • Open items display as Due {date} in the list

Completing Tasks

  • Tap the circle to mark a task complete
  • Completed tasks move out of All or Mine and into the Completed segment
  • Completed items show who checked each task off and when
  • Tap again to reopen a completed task if needed

Editing, Archiving, and Deleting

  • Use the actions menu (ellipsis) to edit, archive, or delete a task
  • Archived to-dos are removed from the active All, Mine, and Completed lists without being deleted
  • Edits update instantly for the whole band

Free Limits

  • Free includes 10 to-dos
  • Completed, archived, and deleted tasks still count toward the limit
